Jose A. Flores Nazario ID’d as Man Killed in Wilder Truck Accident on Upper Pleasant Ridge Road

Wilder, Idaho (April 7, 2020) – The man who was killed Friday in a traffic accident near Wilder has been identified as Jose A. Flores Nazario, 55, of Nampa.

According to Idaho State Police, the deadly crash happened on Upper Pleasant Ridge Road on Friday, April 3.

Authorities said Nazario was driving a 1997 Subaru Legacy westbound on Upper Pleasant Ridge Road when he ran a red light at the intersection and was struck by a 1995 Kenworth truck that was heading northbound, driven by a 43-year-old Washington resident.

Nazario was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been disclosed pending notification of family.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts when the collision occurred.

The crash remains under investigation.
