Brandon Hudson ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Springfield Truck Crash at Kearney and Broadway Street
Springfield, Missouri (April 8, 2020) – The motorcyclist who was killed Wednesday afternoon in a collision with a truck at a Springfield intersection has been identified as Brandon Hudson, 26.
The fatal accident took place at about 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 1 in the area of Kearney and Broadway Street.
Police said a 2016 Chevrolet towing about 15-foot trailer was traveling eastbound on Kearney and was making a left turn to go north on Broadway when it struck the motorcycle that was heading westbound on Kearney, driven by Hudson.
Hudson was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was not injured.
The accident remains under investigation.
